What size and file format will my Sweet'n Tot be?

The file is approximately 5" x 5"  300 dpi JPG.  Other sizes and file types are available by request, please add what you would like in the "comments" field at checkout.

How long do the edible toppers last? / How far in advance should I order?

Our edible toppers remain fresh for one year when kept sealed in their packaging. They do not require refrigeration, but should be kept on a flat surface and away from direct sunlight. Because of the long shelf life of our toppers, we recommend ordering a couple weeks in advance to guarantee arrival prior to your event.

Although we occasionally do rush orders for customers, we are not responsible for delays in shipping. If you are worried about your package getting to you in time, please upgrade your shipping to ensure it gets there when needed. Also, please allow for 2-3 business days from your time of order for your order to be completed and shipped.

How do I apply my edible toppers to a cookie or cupcake?

Make sure your cupcakes or cookies are cool. If you are using cupcakes, remove the round top so you have a flat surface. Any type of icing will work (buttercream, royal icing, or store bought frosting). Apply icing to your treat and smooth it to create a flat surface. If your cookies are already iced and dry, you can slightly moisten them before applying the topper. Remove the protective backing from the topper. With clean, dry hands gently place the decal on top of the frosting. Gently pat down and smooth the topper from the center outwards.

You can even add sprinkles around the edges to finish your treats!

Do you ship outside of the United States?

Yes, we do ship outside of the Unites States. Currently, shipping is available for Canada. Your order will be shipped using USPS, but unfortunately we cannot track your package with delivery confirmation tracking. Please note, shipping to Canada can take approximately 10-14 business days. If you live outside the US, please send a custom order form and we can try to accommodate your shipping request.

What forms of payment are accepted?

Sweet'n Tots currently uses PayPal as our form default payment engine. This payment engine accepts all major credit and debit cards. PayPal does not require you set set up an account prior to a purchase, simply select "Sign in as Guest/Pay with Credit or Debit Card"

What ingredients are in the edible toppers?

We are aware of food and dye allergies and we are happy to say that our toppers contain no allergens and are Gluten Free, Dairy Free, and Kosher Certified. Each topper contains 0 calories and only 1g Carbohydrate.

Yes, for larger orders, we do offer discounts. Please contact us with information about your upcoming order so we can quote you special pricing.

Why should I get a proof?

Proofs are sent out before the product is finalized to ensure the customer is happy with the selections and placement. We only offer changes to the product before it has been finalized and only if a proof is purchased. We want to make our customers happy but it is simply not feasible to communicate back and forth with every customer to make minor tweaks to every one of our Sweet'n Tots.

How do I receive my Sweet'n Tot?

Many email clients do not accept large file attachments, for this reason all Sweet'n Tots are available for download directly from our website. You will receive an email approximately 48 hours after your purchase. This email will contain a link to download your Sweet'n Tot.

Can I get custom options or colors?

The short answer is no. A lot of time and planning are put into making our Sweet'n Tots and options. Our Sweet'n Tots offer a lot of options and flexibility to customize them as they are. Each option is drawn to fit exactly and colors are standardized.

Do you do custom orders?

Every order we do is custom, but we are currently not taking any requests for custom illustrations beyond Sweet'n Tots or beyond the options and colors currently available.
